Sometimes even though we know God has a plan for our lives, we can’t seem to get in alignment with it. If it’s not sin prohbiting you access to your destiny – why don’t you read the scriptures below. Then begin to talk to your family about what they think your family calling is, what they see as your family inheritance and destiny. You will find hints to living your own life more successfully as you observe the patterns of success in their lives, or see the mistakes they made and how it cost them.

GENEALOGY A technical term that means “family history,” “record,” or “genealogy” occurs in 11 places in the Book of Genesis in the phrase, “These are the generations of.” This phrase divides the book in such a way as to suggest that the units thus formed were the actual sources from which the first 37 chapters of Genesis were compiled. These “family records” sometimes included genealogies (Gen 10) in much the same way that tablets from ancient Babylonia would occasionally have “family trees” written on the back. This practice helped to date these tablets since they would obviously belong to the last generations to be mentioned.
GENEALOGY
The main purpose of genealogies was to establish the broad line of descent without furnishing all the details. Just because certain relatives were left out does not mean these records were inaccurate or invalid.
The vast majority of biblical genealogies occur in the Old Testament. An important one deals with the descent from Adam to Noah (Gen 5). The descendants of Noah (Gen 10) the line from Shem to Abraham (Gen 11:10-26), and the long list of Abraham’s offspring are extremely important for the early history of the Israelites.
The longest Old Testament genealogy contains a detailed list of persons from Adam to the time of Saul (1 Chron 1-9). This list was probably compiled at a later time in the history of the Hebrews to enable people to trace their descent from proven Israelite stock. The house of David was reckoned back to Judah (Gen 46:12). This was an important genealogy because of the promises of the prophets about the Messiah.

I heard something in the Spirit yesterday and have been incubating it in prayer until just now. Driving to an appointment I heard, “Be a tentmaker.”
This morning 4:30 a.m., the Lord spoke and said, “Do you wonder why I said, ‘be a tentmaker?”
I’ve learned that if He asks questions, the implication is I do not know the answer, so replied “Yes.”
He replied then, “If you have ever moved once, you will move again. I have put the desire to move in your spiritual DNA. You will be totally discontent if you settle and plant roots too deep at any one place. I have put this desire in each one of my saints beginning with their very first move.
Tentmakers were those who followed the army and made tents for them. BUT you are the army and must always be ready to make your own tents, pull up your stakes to move on and cry out for expanded territories – because I both want to move you and enlarge the place of your tents.
You are my fierce army, my dread champions, my lovers and my friends to whom I will deny no good thing.
BUT you must not cling to this earth, not to family, nor friends, nor places you love, nor to the homes that I have provided you. For I have so many hanging in the balance who need to hear that I love them. I cannot honor those who will not go when I say go. Whether it is one mile or one million miles – if I say go, you must go.
I will move you. I will move you in wisdom and in understanding. I will move you from transforming glory to transforming glory. I will move you from needy place to needy place. I will move you from poverty to riches; I will move you from need to a place of no lack. I will move you throughout the cities, villages and towns of this nation and of other nations.
I will move you into a greater depth of discernment and comprehension of that which you see about you. I will move you to positions of trust and authority. I will move you into positions of trust with great men and with those who have not one friend. I will move you and promote you in order to enlarge your impact. I will move you.
As long as you will go – I will move you.
And if you will not move where I desire to move you – I have placed within your heart a longing that will not be satisfied if you do your own thing, go where you want, live where you want, and settle for less.
Moreover, I have given you creative power to be tentmakers – to provide for the comfort and provision of the army that is always on the move. I have given you the power to create wealth. Not for you alone, but for the thousands, yes, millions that need to be led by My cloud and by My fire – but have no resources to sustain their journey. For I plundered Egypt to fund Moses and the people I set free from bondages of slavery and poverty and racism.
So I will plunder this world’s system if you will not stop moving when I say go!
Do not wonder about your health, your children, your families. Do not worry what others will think. Do not think I do not care for your families, for I do, and only I am capable of building inheritance for them, both in riches and in honor.
I have told you to “go up and take the country”. This is still the clarion call of My Spirit. You must be tentmakers! You must use that which I have put in your hearts, minds and hands to create your own destiny as I lead you.
As Moses moved out with only My spirit and his staff – so you must move out in My spirit and that which is the symbol of your occupation.
Do not be concerned that you are not adequate. None of my servants are adequate in themselves. Not one. This is how and why I get the glory. I only can move those who are willing. The talented, the skilled, and the exalted I will leave behind if they are not willing to move when I say move. If they will move I will use them, but I do not need their abilities, skills and positions – I am well able to create that in each one who will say “yes” and move by My Spirit.
This is the year of the beginning of the moving. Begin now to simplify your lives and prepare to move. Be ready to answer anyone who questions your faith with My Word. Be ready to give reason for why you are as you are. Begin to practice the faith you say you have. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons and move! Establish My Kingdom here on earth as it is in Heaven – where you are seated with Me.
MOVE – BUILD – BE TENTMAKERS – SEE MY KINGDOM COME!”
I thought of these 2 scriptures, Isaiah 54:2-3 “Enlarge the place of your tent; stretch out the curtains of your dwellings, spare not; lengthen your cords and strengthen your pegs, for you will spread abroad to the right and to the left and your descendants will possess nations and will resettle the desolate cities.” And the other scripture is one I recently felt led to put as a signature on our email – Ezekiel 1:20 Wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go in that direction!

Today is one our nations’s most important days -
far more so than most of the materialistic holidays we spend our time and money on!
Today is the NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER!
The day we put into practice the scripture 2 Chronicles 7:14 “And if My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
1 Timothy 2:1-4 First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are inauthority , so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

And then pray – pray with all your heart. Pray for our leaders, pray for the election, pray that mothers stop murdering their unborn and take the option of adoption, pray that Jesus is real in the church, home, schools and government and that all authority is submitted to the Lord Jesus Christ.
